Doggy Daycare

Doggy daycare is a great way to keep your dog active, provide socialization, exercise and peace of mind to you and you’re pup.  No one else in the Akron/Canton area knows doggy daycare better than Tails Inn The City. With over ten years of family owned experience and animal wellness care, Tails Inn the City is the premier doggy daycare in the area.

We offer multiple rate/fee structures to give you flexibility and fit into any budget. From a half or full day up to multi-day packages, Tails Inn The City offers competitive rates and ensures your furry family member is looked after and safe.

Daycare services include:

• Playtime with separate space for large and small dogs
• Naps – chances are your dog will want to run and play with the pack all day, but if they need some downtime, we’re happy to accommodate
• Meal time – if you want your dog to eat during the day, just bring in their pre-bagged food. Additional $5.00 fee
• Medicine – if your dog is required to take meds during the day, our skilled staff can make sure they don’t miss a dose (please talk to our staff prior to bringing any dog into Tails Inn The City that requires medicine; we want all dogs to be safe and have a great time)

Daycare Rates

• Single day: $29
• Half day – 5 hours or less: $18
• Tail “R” Iffic Tuesdays’ (Cash/Check only) $24.00 Full day. $15.00 Half day
• Weekend full day special $23.00
• Happy Hour (3-8pm M-Th) $14.00

Daycare Package Options

Full Day Packages – Can not be split for half days.

• 5 full days: $135 ($27 per day)
• 10 full days: $260 ($26 per day)
• 15 full days: $375 ($25 per day)
• 20 full days: $480 ($24 per day)
• One month unlimited: $480*

Half Day Packages – Can not be combined for full day daycare.

• 5 half days: $85 ($17 per visit)
• 10 half days: $160 ($16 per visit)
• 15 half days: $225 ($15 per visit)
• 20 half days: $280 ($14.00 per visit)

Additional dogs are half price for daycare (same household)

Daycare Hours

Monday – Friday 6:30am – 8:00pm

Saturday & Sunday 7:00am – 8:30pm (Office Closed 12:00pm – 4:00pm. No drop offs or pick up during this time)

Holidays: Office Closed – No daycare on holidays
