Going on vacation? Why not treat your pup to an all inclusive stay-cation! Our top notch boarding facility has everything your pup needs for a great time. Our trained staff provide human socialisation throughout the day. Our boarding packages include access to all open play areas and each boarding suite comes furnished with orthopaedic beds, fluffy blankets, music therapy and a private space to relax. Whether you need to board for a single night or an extended stay, we can accommodate your pups needs. Our staff are all PET CPR certified too!

The Tails Inn The City Difference:

• Personalised pet care-each and every pet is special and well known to all of us at Tails Inn the City.
• Unlimited human and canine love and affection from our dedicated staff
• At least 10 hours of activity with access to indoor and outdoor play areas
• Private boarding suites equipped with orthopaedic beds, fluffy blankets, and music therapy
• Individual meals times and mid day nap to refresh and refuel
• Separate playrooms and boarding areas designated by size and breeds
• Complimentary daycare until 12:00 PM day of check out*

Overnight Boarding Costs:

• Standard boarding suites $49.00 per night
• Deluxe oversized suites $55.00 per night
• Each additional family dog is half price, per night if boarding in the same kennel.

Boarding Pass Prices:

• 5 Night Pass $235.00 ($47.00 per night)
• 10 Night Pass $460.00 ($46.00 per night)
• 15 Night Pass $675.00 ($45.00 per night)
• 20 Night Pass $880.00 ($44.00 per night)

Boarding Hours for drop off and pick up:

• Monday-Friday: 6:30am to 7:00pm. –  DROP OFF
• Saturday and Sunday 7:00am to 11:30am and 4:00pm to 8:30pm
• Boarding Pick up by 12:00pm daily. 
• *$22 Half day daycare added after 12:00
• *If your dog remains with us past 6:30pm, they would be considered boarding an additional night and a $27.00 fee would be incurred.
• Office is closed 12-4:00 on weekends only.
