- My beagle, Dolly, loves Tails Inn The City. She had very bad separation anxiety and wanted me with her all the time. She now walks in and can’t wait to play with her friends. Everyone there is fantastic!
- Our dogs stayed for a week and had a great time. We are relieved to know we have a place like this that we can feel comfortable leaving them at while we travel! Rogue and Bodie will definitely be back.
- We know that Harley is being well taken care of when he's at Tails Inn the City. The owners and staff are friendly and caring. As soon as Harley sees the building when we turn the corner, he starts squealing with excitement.
- Our pup can be nervous as he's still learning any new situation but he LOVED his first day here. We won't just board Enzo here, but will continue to take him for doggy daycare a few times a month for some free roam and socialization. I can't recommend this place enough!
- The hours are great for drop off before work and pickup with a convenient location. Very friendly staff also! Another huge perk is the webcams that you can have access to on your phone to watch the dogs throughout the day!
- We love everything about this place! All of the staff are wonderful and take time to play with the dogs and you can watch them on a live video feed! Our dogs absolutely LOVE their day trips and overnights.
- My pup, Abby, LOVES this place, which is enough for me in and of itself. I love that she is greeted by name when we walk in, and the staff often has stories to tell that really let me know my dog is being watched and not just stuck in a room with other dogs and ignored all day.
- Tyson had his first day yesterday. I watched him play on the cameras all day. He’s STILL tired. I truly feel so blessed and grateful for a facility like this because he has such bad separation anxiety and now he can enjoy playing with friends while we are at work instead of shredding the couch.
- My dog Charlie and I have had nothing but a great experience here. The staff treats him like one of their own and is spoiled every time he is there. It's so nice knowing that while working two jobs, or out of town, that my dog is safe and being taken care of by some of the best! Thanks guys!
- Brought my lab puppy, Maisey, to board this weekend. Everyone was super nice. My daughter especially enjoyed the free app you can download on your phone/tablet to watch the cameras and see your fur babies during shop hours. It looked like Maisey really enjoyed her time here and made some friends! When we brought her home she was so sleepy from playing all weekend. We didn't mind that! We will definitely be bringing her back while on future vacations/trips! Thank you all so much!
- Left my dog for the 1st time this past week for 5 days, and I'll be honest was nervous. But everyone was AMAZING!! And I loved (my kids too) that I could check in on her and watch her play with all her new friends. And best of all she came home cleaner than when she went! I would 100% recommend you guys to anyone and everyone! Thanks for taking care of my fur baby.
- Our Sydney loves to go to daycare!. She is a handful and the staff is wonderful with her. Sydney stands by the door to the garage every day waiting to go to daycare. We just rescued a new 9 month old pup that I am sure will feel the same. Thank you for all that you do.
